Delivery terms

When a purchase is made on the website, the item is shipped from Sweden with Postnord no later than 2 days after. The delivery time is 2 - 5 working days after the item has been shipped from our warehouse.

Returns

Return item

We offer 30 days return from the date you receive your order. The product must be in its original condition.

If you wish to return an item, please contact [email protected] for further instructions. Return of the item is at the customer's expense.

Returned goods

It can take up to 10 business days for us to receive and process returns. Once the return is registered, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Refund

We will refund the amount no later than two days after we receive the package from you. However, it can take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days for the amount to be in your account. How long it takes depends on your bank or card issuer. We will credit the amount to the card (account) that you used when placing the order.
